Far too often he has seen patients for which there is no explanation of their disease in the western model. Sometimes patients present with a disease process to a western medical practitioner and after a battery of tests and diagnostic studies the physician is no closer to a diagnosis or explanation of symptoms than at the start of the treatment. Western medical physicians will frequently refer these patients to Dr. Rodriguez knowing and trusting that he will customize their care utilizing a variety of therapies to optimize their healing process. As a result Dr. Rodriguez has chosen to approach disease processes from a holistic standpoint incorporating medical therapies that in addition to western care best suit the individual patient.
